As a general rule, when people rock up with pets that need attention without first having arranged an appointment it really throws a spanner in the works. In our game, without a carefully arranged schedule of consultation appointments, things quickly go all to hell... and when that happens, it is very difficult for us to meet our client’s expectations.

Sometimes people wonder why they can’t be seen without their having made an appointment when it seems that reception is relatively free of immediate work load. Well, if that’s how it looks from the front door, that’s good. But it does not mean for a moment that we are all out the back sitting around playing cards.
