For most people, pets are much appreciated animal companions that play a very important role in their owners’ lives. We see our business as being about helping people support and sustain that bond between themselves and their pet animals. 

We don’t have a whole bunch of branch practices and we don’t advertise. We prefer to invest all our energy in looking after the clients we already have rather than in using it up by trying to get more and more. We are quite certain that bigger is not necessarily better.

There is a "critical mass" in terms of practice size that is necessary to support the range and depth of capability we need to have. But too big and will start to lose contact with client individuality.

So here we are at 176 Thuringowa Drive, all under one roof, all working together, each of us helping each other share the power of cooperative endeavour that we think delivers best product for our clients.  It is a philosophy that has served us well for these 30 years past.
